Slogan: Life is calling- How far will you go? Our own Rotarians showed how far they could go. Served in Saltillo, Mexico from 2006-2008. As financial auditor and as chemist, these two exemplified the above slogan of the Peace Corps.  Santillo has population over 650,000, 5 universities, GM plant, etc.  They taught ESL(English as Second Language), helped the local economy with good advise, ran test fields to increase crop yields, helped with current energy issues, and visited the local ROTARY CLUB.  The local Rotary Club has started 6 new schools and as many places worked on good potable water.

Thanks to you, Carole and Gary, for representing the USA and Rotary in this wonderful venture.

Fines: Sorry, Mark, the 10 of Diamonds will not do. Don Allen took home the cash.

Thought for the Day: "What is difficult for some people is not difficult for others and the difference is their attitude. Everything is possible when you believe in yourself and when you blindly believe that it can be done, when you have a burning desire and persistent attitude to succeed"
