(click an image to enlarge and start a slide show)
Cheesy, a 13lb. Tegu Monitor, is 1 of several pets that the Bridges for Brain Injuries uses. Cheesy is being held by Tiffany Joubert, BBI Director. Rotarians were given a close look at Cheesy when Tiffany Joubert, BBI Director, waltzed him around. A smaller Wallaby of the Kangaroo family, named Springsteen, is another animal used at Bridges for Brain Injury. Participants of the BBI programs often relate to these animals to stimulate endorphins and help reduce participants blood pressure and assist in restorative healing. Canandaigua Rotary Club makes a donation to Bridges for Brain Injury. Pictured are Tiffany Joubert BBI Director, and Club President Lynn Holcomb.
