And no happy dollars.

Program notes:

It was a beautiful setting on the front lawn of the Granger Homestead. A great box lunch was provided by Simply Crepes.

Rotarian Don Raw, Superintendent of Schools,  paid tribute to the new teachers in the system. One thing the school looks at in a new hire is character. The extensive orientation program is currently underway, and this annual Rotary program introducing new teachers to the community is now an integral part of that orientation experience.

Rotarian Nancy Ruscio welcomed the new teachers, Class of 2010. Each stood as Nancy read a short bio, teaching assignment, and what each liked about being here in Canandiagua. 25 new people coming on board (Editor's note: they look younger every year).

President Jack and all Rotarians welcomed them to the community.

50/50 results:

Joe Delforte drew for Steve Uebbing, making up for President Jack's forgetting the deck last week. Sorry Steve, no dice! Today's winner winner for the 50/50 card scramble was confusing to this scribe; nontheless, the Ace of diamonds was drawn.  Peter Heinrich won the 50/50 and donated his winnings to Camp ONSEYAWA.
